Finding your way

The site uses page headings, navigation landmarks and a skip-to-content link. The menu, links, filters and inquiry controls can be reached using a keyboard. Visible focus styles show the active control.

If you prefer a direct list of destinations, use the page directory. Training pages, the schedule and contact details are available through ordinary links.

Keyboard controls

You can use the following controls without a mouse. The gallery’s previous and next controls are also available as buttons.

Tab / Shift + Tab
Move forward or backward between controls.
Enter
Follow a link or activate the focused button.
Space
Activate a focused button or checkbox.
Esc
Close the open menu or gallery lightbox.
← / →
Move between photographs while the gallery lightbox is open.

Motion and media

The website respects your device’s reduced-motion preference. This reduces decorative transitions and movement while keeping the content and controls available.

The landing film can start silently when it is visible. Choose “Pause film” to stop it, “Enable sound” to hear the original audio, or “Watch full frame” for a larger player. Reduced-motion and supported data-saving preferences prevent automatic playback. The film pauses when it leaves view or the page is hidden.

The landing film uses the selected YouTube player unless an owner-supplied master is available. The video archive loads a player after you choose to watch. Captions and other playback features depend on what the original channel and player provide. The training, people and contact information are also available as text throughout the site.

Reading and getting in touch

The page layout adapts to smaller screens. Use your browser’s zoom or text-size controls to adjust the reading size. Image descriptions identify the visible content without relying on color alone.

The inquiry builder has visible field labels, required-field validation and a draft review step. You can choose FormSubmit, open the reviewed message in an email app, or call TCB directly. If the form is difficult to use, the phone and email details remain available.

Outside services

The existing member portal, FormSubmit, YouTube, maps and social networks operate separately. Their interfaces and accessibility features are controlled by those services.

If an external service prevents you from arranging a visit or asking a training question, contact the gym by phone or email.

Tell us about a barrier

If something on this website is difficult to read, navigate or use, tell TCB what you were trying to do and include the page address. Your browser or device details can help explain the issue.

Prepare a message locally, then review it before opening your email app. Include only details you want to share; never include passwords or payment information.
