Ask the team a question
Do I need to know how to fight?

No. TCB welcomes beginners. Tell the coaching team about your experience and what you want from training so they can help you choose a starting point.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Bring comfortable athletic clothing and water. Call ahead to confirm the session, required equipment and whether loan gear is available for your chosen class.

Do I have to compete?

You can start with fitness, confidence or learning a discipline. If you want to compete, talk with a coach about the training and preparation that comes first.
