Browsing this website

This website provides information about TCB Fight Factory, its training programs, people and locations. The site’s fonts and gym photographs are served as website assets. Optional analytics and embedded video services are described separately below.

The hosting service may process technical request information, such as the requested page, IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. The hosting provider’s policies govern its handling of these service logs.

Optional analytics and your choice

On the public website, Google Tag Manager and its Google Analytics tag load only after you allow analytics. Declining keeps both unloaded. The private review version does not load them.

The website stores your analytics choice in this browser so it can remember your preference. You can change that choice using the website’s privacy controls. Withdrawing permission stops new analytics events from this site and clears the Google Analytics cookies this site can access.

With permission, analytics records page visits and selected actions such as a phone or email link, a calendar download starting, or continuing to the contact service. The analytics events defined by this website omit inquiry fields, page query strings and message contents. An action count does not confirm a booking, a completed call or message delivery.

Google handles analytics requests and their technical information under Google’s privacy policy. Analytics remains optional; the training information and contact tools work without it.

Preparing your inquiry

The contact page lets you enter a name, email address, optional phone number, preferred location, training interest and a message. While you prepare and review it, the inquiry is held in the current page in your browser. Preparing a draft does not submit it to the gym.

The inquiry builder does not save a draft to this website’s account or database. Leaving or refreshing the page can remove an unsent draft. The copy button places the reviewed message on your clipboard when your browser allows it.

The accessibility feedback builder also holds your information in the current browser page. It prepares an editable email draft and opens your email application only when you choose that action.

Choosing to send

If you choose “Continue to send,” your name, email address, reviewed message and inquiry subject are submitted to FormSubmit, the service used by TCB’s existing contact form. The message can include your phone number, preferred location and training interest. FormSubmit may ask you to complete its verification before submitting the inquiry to Tcb.mma@gmail.com.

FormSubmit handles the submitted data and its verification under its privacy policy. The provider may retain a submission in its service archive. Preparing a draft here does not create a submission there.

If you choose “Open in email app,” the site supplies an addressed email draft to your device’s email application. You decide whether to send it there. Your email provider handles that message under its own service policies.

TCB receives the information you choose to send so the team can respond to your inquiry. A parent or guardian should use their own contact details for a child’s inquiry.

Video and external services

The landing page features the selected TCB film. When it uses YouTube, it connects to the official player through youtube-nocookie.com and the YouTube player API. The player can load automatically when visible and eligible for muted playback. Reduced-motion and supported data-saving preferences prevent automatic playback. You choose when to enable the original sound, and you can pause or mute the film.

When an owner-supplied video master is used on the landing page, that film is served from this website instead. The same playback, sound and motion choices remain available.

The video archive loads an embedded YouTube player only after you choose a film or select “Load this film.” That action connects to YouTube through youtube-nocookie.com. YouTube then handles its player and related requests under Google’s privacy policy.

Links to maps, social networks, the existing member portal and Fighting Chance take you to separate services. Those services have their own privacy practices. Their policies apply when you visit or use them.

Your options

You can browse the training, coaching, schedule and information pages without preparing an inquiry or allowing analytics. The video archive waits for your choice to load a player; the landing film can load its player automatically as described above. You can also contact TCB directly by phone or email.

To request access to, correction of or deletion of information you sent to TCB, contact the team at Tcb.mma@gmail.com or (479) 633-1373. You can use the same contact details to ask to stop receiving marketing messages. Tell the team which message or issue you are asking about; do not include a password or payment-card details.

Questions about a third-party service’s handling of information can also be directed to that service.
